Sales Orders of type CBFD – Delivery Free of Charge are not visible in the Manage Sales Orders app (App ID F1873).

This includes the following scenarios:

  • CBFD sales orders do not appear after creation

  • Existing CBFD sales orders cannot be found using the search function in the app
