2797030 - Job Application's Data is Being Forwarded Even Though the Application is a Non-Applicant - Recruiting Management

Non-Applicant Application is being forwarded to another Job Requisition and the data from this Application is being forwarded together, however this shouldn't be the behavior if the Application isn't the most recent active Application.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Select a Non-Applicant Applicant and modify any field
2. Send this Application to another Job Requisition using Forwarded to Requisitions functionality 

As a standard, when an application is showing as "Non-Applicant", it will not be possible to forward it.
The exception is when a "Non-Applicant" application is in a disqualification status. After disposing the Application in the disqualification status, the system understands that the data is eligible to be copied for the next Recruiter evaluation, allowing the recruiter to forward it.

This is currently how the system is designed to work. Any Application in a disqualified status have the data set as eligible.
