2797130 - Not able to make the Hiring Manager Activities - Checklist as "Read-Only" - Onboarding 1.0

Customer needs to make the Hiring Manager Activity "Checklist" options Read-Only. They requests to remove the edit option so that the manager will not be able to edit the Checklist options.

1. Navigate to Onboarding 1.0
2. Go to "New Hire/Recruit Activities" tab
3. Select "Checklist" under "New Hire/Recruit Activities"
4. See the "Edit" option that is present on the right hand side top corner.

Expected Behavior.

This functionality is currently not available (make checklist for hire manager activities "read-only"). Any user with the Hiring Manager role will have the permissions to edit the checklist as they wish. Hence, this is an expected behavior.

User can submit an enhancement request.
