SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Employee Export > Export User File:
   
   
   
   
2. Open the .zip file and extract the .csv file;
3. Make the changes that you want - for example, changing the Matrix Manager
   NOTE: You can remove the users that you won't update data from. 
   
   
   
   
4. Go to Employee Import and select "Import Data";
5. In "Select an entity", select "Basic Import";
6. Choose the file in your browser;
7. Click in Import.
   
   
8. You should receive an email in a few minutes (or hours) to confirm the import.
