2797231 - Excluding manager's direct reports from results in Matrix Grid Report

Is it possible to include everyone or some levels below a manager hierarchy, but exclude the direct reports (first level) from the Matrix Grid Reports results, using the Team View filter?

When running a Matrix Grid Report with Team View population, the system will always include the direct reports (first level) of the manager. The system gives the option to include, or not, levels below their hierarchy, but not to exclude the direct reports (first level).

However, when using different information - such as Department, Division or Location - for the hierarchy levels, you can use the custom filters to exclude hierarchy levels from the report results.
