Symptom
- The Central Management Server (CMS) process (boe_cmsd) will not start
- Error Message: "The CMS on machine '<servername>' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031)" when logging on to the Central Management Console (CMC)
- After Restart of the Server CMS is not starting
- Error Message in CMS log when debug tracing enabled:
SIServerController:run: Fail to initialize or uninitialize. Reason is The root server reported an error Initialization Failure. (Reason: Database access error. Reason Loading shared object failed. First tried to load library sybcs_r64 and failed because of error: [sybcs_r64: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory]. Second tried to load library libsybcs_r64.so and failed because of error: [libsybcs_r64.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory].Database access error.
