While trying to upload a certificate to a communication user in application Maintain Communication Users, you are getting the following error message:
Internal Error
An exception was raised
In http trace, a POST request with the following request URI got 500 Internal Service Error:
/sap/opu/odata/sap/APS_IAM_CUSR_SRV/UserCertificateSe
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Cause
The certificate you are trying to upload is not a X.509 client certificate.
Resolution
Only X.509 certificate is supported for creating a communication user. Please upload a X.509 client certificate.
