2797958 - The SAP UI5 Gantt (project graphic view) does not load

Symptom

You have activated the SAP UI5 Gantt. When you switch to the project's "Graphic" tab, the area where the Gantt should appear remains blank. The browsers console displays the following error:

sap-ui-core.js:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
