2798059 - Label is not Displayed Fully in the New Fiori Time-Off ESS UI

Some field labels are getting cut off and not displayed correctly when requesting an absence.

Employee Central - Time-Off

1. Create a custom field with a long label on the Employee Time object in Configure Object Definitions
2. Proxy as a test user and navigate to 'Go to Time Off'
3. Add a new absence and view the custom field you have added. The text has been cut off.

If the field length is too long (over 30 characters), the full field will not be shown, but will be displayed with '...' after the 30th character.
