Symptom

  • 'No data to retrieve' is shown on refresh of Purged Web Intelligence report in Business Intelligence 4.2 SP03.
  • The WebI report works fine if saved and reopened.
  • This issue appears only when WebI report is purged.
  • Error message 'This action cannot be performed' is displayed when modifying the purged WebI report.
