2798244 - SAP_BASIS_CONFIG_OSS_COMM: Connection test failed.

Symptom

During the configuration step of Task List SAP_BASIS_CONFIG_OSS_COM, the connection test fails at the HTTPS configuration step, with the following error:

  • Destination SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL - HTTP Response 404 Not found
  • Destination SAP-SUPPORT_PARCELBOX - HTTP Response 404 Not found

After checking the informed values, it is possible to notice that Router String was not entirely saved.
