2798291 - Error when accessing Administration Console in SCP trust configuration

Symptom

You have configured an Identity Authentication Service tenant (IAS) as an Application Identity Provider or Platform Identity Provider in SCP subaccount. When clicking on Administration Console button and entering user id and password, you get error:

Sorry, we could not authenticate you. Try again.
