2798340 - "Cannot create e-mail" error ESSC_GENERIC307 in mail form action

You work with Solution Manager either with ChaRM or ITSM scenario. When using a mail form action the mail is not sent. In crmd_order you find  ESSC_GENERIC307 action error log:

• action ZXX_SEND_MAIL_YYYY
• Cannot create e-mail   ESSC_GENERIC307
• Action could not be successfully executed
