Symptom
You work with Solution Manager either with ChaRM or ITSM scenario. When using a Mail Form action, the email is not sent. In transaction crmd_order you find error message ESSC_GENERIC307 in the PPF action log:
- action ZXX_SEND_MAIL_YYYY
- Cannot create e-mail ESSC_GENERIC307
- Action could not be successfully executed
