Symptom

  • Schedule to the File System fails with error: login error. [The user name or password is incorrect.]: [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged] , if configured scheduled user with hostname or IP address. Ex, A.B.C.D\webitest.
  • Error could be captured in the trace log: |Unable to logon user [webitest] to domain [A.B.C.D]: [The user name or password is incorrect.]
