2798535 - Validation error when enrolling User into Class

Validation error when Admin enrol user into class:

Error: Employee XXX must have a Shopping Account before Chargeback can be used during the registration process

1. Navigate to to Learning
2. At Class Entity > Registrations Tab
3. Click add Users

Shopping account related to the user was deleted

Support can check the PH_SHOPPING_ACCT for user. This table should show delete action taken place in database.

1. Navigate to user
2. Select Finance tab
3. Enter same Shopping Account deleted for user
4. Hit Apply Changes.This will reinsert Shopping Accout ID back in PA_SHOPPING_ACCT
