Admin would like to stop managers from assigning items to subordinates.

SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) - All Support Versions

Managers can select "Assign to others" option from item details page.

The 'Assign to Others' option is controlled by permission "Access Learning Plans".

It does not have a separate permission.

Remove the Access Learning Plans permission under My Team from user role that is assigned to managers. 

1. Learning Administration > System Administration > Security > Role Management
2. Find the user role that is assigned to the Manager
3. Remove Access Learning Plans permission under My Team
