2798692 - SCWN 810: NONE when downloading SAP notes using the Download Service Application option

Symptom

  • The NetWeaver Download Service has been configured as per the instructions at Help.SAP.com to be used for Digitally Signed SAP Notes
  • The option "Download Service Application" has been chosen in RCWB_SNOTE_DWNLD_PROC_CONFIG
  • On the Download system, the RFC Destination has been set to NONE according to the instructions
  • When downloading an SAP Note on either the Managed System or Download Service System, the error " I SCWN 810:NONE" is displayed
