2798758 - SFTP server sftp-f.successfactors.com migrated to sftp8-s.sapsf.com

Symptom

 SFTP Secure server sftp-f.successfactors.com is not reachable.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Cause

The old SFTP Secure was migrated to new domain and IP.

Resolution

From May 28th, 2019, the old SFTP Secure will be deactivated and only the new one should be used.

 Below is the information from the old and the new SFTP Secure:

Old SFTP:

  • Old SFTP DNS is sftp-f.successfactors.com.
  • Old External IP is 65.221.12.230

New SFTP:

  • New SFTP DNS is sftp8-s.sapsf.com;
  • New external IP is 157.133.17.86
