Symptom

How can I associate my Users to Posting Profiles in Recruiting Posting?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

Resolution

  1. Go to Recruiting Posting.
  2. Click Associate User to Posting Profiles.

  3. Click the ! Icon on the right side of the Name of user you wish to add to Posting Profile.

  4. Click "Edit set of posting profiles".

  5. Select the Posting Profile for the user and click "Save".

If you need to add several users to the same posting profile, you can follow steps below.

  1. Associate one of users you need to add to the posting profile as mentioned above.
  2. Select the user you added and click Copy set of posting profiles.
  3. Select other users you want to add to the same posting profiles or click "All" you want to associate all users to the same posting profile, and click Apply to selected users
  4. Confirm your modification
