2798983 - How To Check if a Restore Point Exists For a Tenant

Symptom

You have requested for a restore point but need to check if the restore point has been created from SAP end or not.

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer
  • SAP Business ByDesign

Resolution

Restore point is created in order to take the snapshot/ backup of the tenant.

  1. Go to the Service Control Center work center.
  2. Go to the Systems view.
  3. Select the relevant tenant.

  • Click View.

You can see the restore point ID and until when it's valid.

Note: At any time only one restore point can exists. To create another restore point, you need to terminate the existing one.
