Symptom

You used the search bar in SAP Jam, however the results contain several unrelated results.

Environment

SAP Jam Collaboration

Cause

Your search term contained multiple words

Resolution

  • Use double quotations.
  • To search for exact keywords or phrases, you must enclose your search criteria in double quotations.
    • If searching for "Big Red Machine" using the quotations the results will return only the exact phrase
    • If searching for Big Red Machine (without quotation marks) the results will return results for 'Big', 'Red' and 'Machine'
