Embedded Report Designer in Visual Studio 2017 and 2019 Randomly locks up and/or no context menu on Windows 10 1809

When in VS IDE and editing Reports using the Crystal Reports Embedded Designer, Visual Studio randomly hangs.

Also, when right clicking on the Report objects the Context menu may appear blank, try again and it may show the items.

This seems to be an issue on a recent Windows 10 build 1809 update.
