Symptom

A user runs a S&OP Operator (for example, Heuristic or Optimizer) and it fails with the Error message ID 1085 below, as well as providing the affected Location ID and Resource ID:

Location is invalid for transportation resource. Expected location is __TransResLoc for transportation resources.
