Users receive the validation error below when attempting to join a WebEx VLS session:

The URI for the VLS event cannot be retrieved.

As a user, attempt to join a WebEx VLS session in the LMS.

The validation error is thrown when:

1. There may be a user using the same email address of another user in the session or
2. A user is registered, unregistered, and re-registered into the VLS session.

Note: This is not an LMS' limitation - WebEx does not allow users to register, unregister, and then re-register to the same VLS session.

Avoid using the same email address for users registered into the same WebEx VLS session or consult the WebEx support team for assistance with circumventing the scenarios mentioned in the Cause section of this article.
