2799376 - Background jobs not processing due to SQL error "SQL code: 384" occurred while accessing table "TBTCS"

All the background jobs are impacted and unable to process it due to the following error message.

 SQL error "SQL code: 384" occurred while accessing table "TBTCS".
 What happened?
  
Database error text: "SQL message: string is too long: the maximum size of
    container is 2GB at function __NVarchar3__() (at pos 109) "
 
How to correct the error
   The exception must either be prevented, caught in procedure
    "SELECT_TIME_TRIGGERED_JOBS" "(FORM)", or
   the possibility of it occurring must be declared in the RAISING clause
   in the procedure.
