2799646 - Source Tracker or Advanced Analytics not launching

When opening Source Tracker or Advanced Analytics from withing Recruiting, the tool opens to an empty page.

2. Click on Source Tracker or Advanced Analytics tab
3. Page opens but is blank

Release version mismatch caused by a misconfiguration.

Though integrated RCM and RMK instances can be connected to different data centers without causing any issues, an RCM preview instance should be connected to an RMK stage instance and an RCM productive instance to a productive RMK instance. A mismatch in version (stage RMK instance (on the latest release) connected to an RCM instance on a Productive server (on the previous release version) for example ) can cause issues with the integration and the loading of RMK resources.

In the case of Advanced analytics and Source tracker the RMK wrapper fails to load which in turns causes the pages to appear blank.

This will occur during the preview period (After the preview release date and before the productive release date) when a mismatch in versions is possible.

Note this is considered a misconfiguration and not a defect.

A workaround consists in blocking the RMK wrapper from loading by adding the term ?nowrap=1 to the url. For example :
