2799670 - No JobServer in the Server Group - Information Steward

• Install Data Services and Information Steward applications on two separate nodes in a distributed environment.
• Run a task in Data Insight and the task will fail with the following error message.
  Error "No job servers found, so restarting the ISJobServerGroup."
  Error "No JobServer in the Server Group: ISJobServerGroup available to run the job"
• In the Central Management Console the ISjobserver for each node will be running in a green status.
• Followed KBA 1771814  but issue still continued.
• Review the EIMAPS services and Data Services services like Metadata Browsing Services will be missing.
