2799704 - Missing Competency Library in JDM

Competency Library is missing after reverting back from JPB to JDM.

1. Try to search for Manage Competencies from the Tool Search, but unable to find it.
    
   
   
2. Unable to enable permission in RBP, as the categories are missing.
   

Once you enabled Job Profile, some of the features for JDM will be disabled in Provisioning, as it is already integrated in Job Profile Builder.

If you want to revert back from Job Profile Builder to Job Description Manager or JDM to see the Competency Library, these features need to be re-enabled. You may contact Support to enable this for you.

3. So that the features would be available and can be re-enabled in RBP.
