How to manually import users in Onboarding 1.0?

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 1.0

Resolution

 To manually import users in Onboarding, please follow this procedure:

  1. Go to Onboarding > Security > Users.
  2. Click in Import.
  3. Click Choose File, select your CSV file.
  4. Click Upload, followed by Next

  5. In step two, select how your file is delimited

  6. In step three, match your file columns with Onboarding field
  7. Set Reference Files Table Field Name to Not Set where you cannot find a match for your column,
    And everywhere else that it's not used

Please take note, some of these fields are considered required for this import.
