2800225 - dbisql connection reported a runtime error, when LANG set to ko_KR.eucKR and on IQ16.1 SP03(SP02) of HP-UX version -- SAP IQ

Symptom

On IQ16.1 SP03.xx and IQ16.1 SP02.xx in HP-UX, dbisql reported 'internal error' below when LANG set to ko_KR.eucKR. But dbisql works well when LANG is C or US, ... etc.

Error =>
