2800538 - The dates on my attachments got updated for some files but not for the newest ones - Recruiting Management

The dates on my attachments got updated, all of them to the same date, but this only happened to old attachments and not to the newest ones.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting;
2. Access any Job Requisition;
3. Check the attachments on this Job Requisition, and notice that the attachment date has been updated for old attachments.

The attachments table for the Recruiting Management module has been migrated so we can now store some information about the owner of the file along the attachment.

The specific date when the migration was done depends on the specific instance.

A migration job was ran on the system adding some specific columns like OWNER_ID and OWNER_ID_TYPE into the attachments database table. For all the attachments that already existed when the migration job was run on the specific instance they had the attachment date changed to a new date, and all to the same date. For all the new attachments to the system, they already were added with the two additional columns existing, so its attachment date weren't and will not be changed.

The specific job, which is a job for the Platform in general, is a recurring job, and migrates the attachment a few each time it runs so the system doesn't get overloaded. This job is still running, since there are instances that aren't completely migrated yet.
