Symptom

The SAP Netweaver is running on SAP ASE with HADR environment
From DBACOCKPIT, when clicking in the HA/DR tab -> Overview , following warnings are showed:

<SID> Connection to site '<PRIMARY_SITE>' is not available - Client connections are not displayed for the site.
<SID> Connection to site '<STANDBY_SITE>' is not available - Client connections are not displayed for the site.
