Symptom

Running a Data Manager package after upgrading to SAP Business Planning and Consolidation 10.0, version for SAP NetWeaver to SP09 or later, results in one of the following error(s) in the log:

  • Cannot configure parameter CHECKJOUR in task /CPMB/CLEAR_COMMENTS_FOR_CLEAR

You have tried the steps in the KB 1906563 to re-activate Environmentshell but it doesn't solve the issue.
