Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management Internal Settlement
  • You created a resource-based internal settlement.
  • İn the associated freight order, there is an internal distribution cost.   
  • You calculate the cost in internal settlement document.
  • In the internal settlement document cost distribution tab, the system can not distribute the cost to items.
  • When you click the save button, there is error message message: 

"Cannot apply distribution level; cannot distribute costs" /SCMTMS/TCD 012
