2801179 - Job boards credits issue for jobs posted twice (or more) - Recruiting Posting

It may be identified that a job turned out being posted more than once, to a specific job board. This article provides information on how to proceed, in case you have been incorrectly charged due to these extra postings.

When facing scenarios like this, where you notice you may have been charged extra credits due to duplicate postings, please open an case with the support team. The support engineer will be able to check if there is indeed more than one posting for the referred job being sent from the Recruiting Posting side. Only entries set as <action>INSERT</action> should incur additional charges. If we are able to confirm there is only one job INSERT per requisition, it is safe to state there should be no extra fee being charged. Thus, it will be required the client to reach out to the Job Board team so they may refund the incorrectly deducted credits.
