2801182 - Workflow for Off Cycle event batch - SAP Employee Central

Workflow is defined to trigger when Off Cycle event batch runs, however even if triggered it is not working as expected.

When configuring a workflow for an Off Cycle job, it triggers but does not apply any changes (no notifications are sent and no approval screen appears).

The Off Cycle job does not support the workflow feature. It happens because the Off Cycle objective is to automatically update Job Information, Employment Details, Employee Time or Work Order portlet without user intervention, so it is not possible to add a workflow in the process (since workflows usually requires approvers).

An enhancement idea can be sent by following the steps provided in the kba.
