2801191 - Program: Link mark complete button

Symptom

Within a Program, the user can mark a link as complete and also unmark it as complete if the button is clicked again.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

In the Learning user side, click:

  1. Access the desired Program > Choose the desired link >
  2. Click "Mark Complete" button > Click "Completed" button.

Resolution

This is an expected behavior system behavior. It would be possible to open an enhancement request and/or work on a customization to have it changed.
