2801202 - The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication

Symptom

  •  While checking the SAP Contact Center logs, you come across the following errors:
    • "The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication"
    • Connection to SQL server or database server.domain.master failed
  • OS Event viewer logs could show an error like : "Failure Reason: Unknown user name or bad password"
