2801222 - How to inactivate an Location

Symptom

Customer wants to inactivate a Location.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Resolution

  1. After logging as an admin please navigate to  References > Physical Resources> Locations;
  2. Search for the Location
  3. Open it on Edit mode

  1. Disable the "Active" checkbox;
  2. Click on Apply Changes.
