Symptom
You have configured Support Team Determination via Business Rule Framework Plus correctly according to the Wiki but the Support Team is not determined correctly in incidents.
Additionally, the action (S/Z/Y)MIN_STD_FIND_PARTNER_FDT does not seem to be executing so the Support Team is receiving no emails.
