Environment

  • Financial Accounting (FI)

Resolution

Document splitting distinguishes the different types of B/S accounts. If you want to derive account assignments for example profit center from P&L to B/S, you have to take the suitable document type:

  • SC
    For "simple" B/S accounts only
  • ZP, ZS
    For bank accounts only
  • ER
For "simple" B/S accounts and bank accounts

Use appropriate document type for the postings. You are fully responsible for the postings you make on your system.

    This note is cloud relevant.
