No positions are loaded in Succession Org Chart. Searching for positions or users does not return any information, the page is blank.

This issue in v12 Succession Org Chart, may be caused by not supported elements in the Org Chart XML.

Succession Org Chart v12 only supports icons in the org chart nodes, not textOption. Therefore, icons configured as textOption in the Org Chart XML may cause inconsistence in the system behavior.

To avoid error messages and/or blank information in the system, it is necessary to update the icons definition in Provisioning, to gradientOptions, and remove textOption fields.

To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact your Implementation Partner. If you are no longer working with an Implementation Partner, contact SAP Cloud Support.
