2801677 - Error While Trying to Import or Update a Custom Object in the Data Workbench

You are trying to Import or Update records using a Custom Object in the Data Workbench, however the system is showing the error message below:
"The server has not found any resource matching the Data Services Request URI"

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Data Workbench work center.
2. Go to the Import Tab.
3. Select the Custom Object and choose the required Operation.
4. Upload the CSV file.
5. Click Next and Import.
6. Go to the Monitor tab and download the CSV with errors.

This error occurs because you performed a cleaned up in the Custom Solution (via SDK). If there are instances created via Data Workbench, then the ID mapping also needs to be created separately if the same external key has to be reused.

There is a background job which runs everyday to take care of this scenario. But since it was not executed when the PDI BO clean-up was done, the error message is being raised. You can either wait for the next job run to be completed or raise an case for immediate execution.
