2801683 - Missing Site & System Role context selection in Object Administration with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP07 and higher

Symptom

Upon upgrading to SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP07 or higher from a previous support package, it is seen within the Object Administration application that the Site and System Role context selectors are no longer displayed in the main application toolbar.
