2801720 - Application error when create Benefit

Symptom

When save new benefit an application error is being triggered with the following fingerprint: 1dd819f265e506031d352e4fe5cd1a731d17feec

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Global Benefits

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Benefits Admin Overview 
  2. Create New Benefit
  3. Fill all required fields and save
  4. Application error is triggered

Cause

System is not able to get Benefit Currency due field is set to be Not Visible

Resolution

  1. Go to Configure Object Definitions
  2. Search for Benefits
  3. Check currency field and change visibility to Editable
