2801747 - Interactive SQL (DBISQL) behavior changed - SAP IQ 16.1

Symptom

Trying to set either option ISQL_PRINT_RESULT_SET='ALL' or ISQL_SHOW_MULTIPLE_RESULT_SETS receives errors.  For example:

set option ISQL_SHOW_MULTIPLE_RESULT_SETS='on'
go
Msg 155, Level 15, State 0:
SQL Anywhere Error -200: Invalid option 'ISQL_SHOW_MULTIPLE_RESULT_SETS' -- no PUBLIC setting exists

set temporary option ISQL_Show_Multiple_Result_Sets = 'On';
go

Msg 13687, Level 16, State 0:
SQL Anywhere Error -203: Cannot set a temporary option for user 'DBA'
