2802125 - Hierarchy partners can only derived from the sold-to party

Symptom

No 'Source' (Source partner function) can be maintained for customer hierarchy partner functions in VOPAN.

When sales document is created via 'Ship-to party' (belonging to 'Ship-to party' account group) which is assigned to Hierarchy Node, the customer hierarchy node is not determined on sales order.
