When Business Transactions (like Sales Quote or Opportunity) are set to Completed, some fields cannot be changed anymore.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Sales workcenter.
- Go to the Sales Quotes view (for example).
- Open a Sales Quote in status Completed.
- Click Edit and check the field Sales Unit (for example).
Result: The field Sales Unit is greyed out and cannot be changed.
This is a standard behavior. Once an item is completed, it is not allowed to do further change to it. Fields such as Product Name, Quantity, Sales Unit, Owner , etc., are not changeable anymore.
