2802299 - Two tabs are opened when opening Task in My Inbox

IE ActiveX run the application in browser screen, webgui, transaction=SWNWIEX&P_WI_ID, https://host:port/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui, webgui link opened in two window,  SAP Shortcut file will be downloaded, this shortcut file indicates Business Client to start a completely new SAPGUI, Screen sequence at the end of work item execution, In certain circumstances, no automatic return to the inbox takes place at the end of work item execution. Instead, you remain on a page that is more or less empty with just a success message. You have to navigate back to the inbox manually.
