2802312 - SUM error for sapstartsrv - Permission denied during the execution of Register Services with New Start Profiles

• In Java system upate, the following error occurs in phase "Register Services with New Start Profiles":

        An error occured during the execution of Register Services with New Start Profiles of action execute.
        Service com.sap.sdt.j2ee.services.servicesimpl.EngineServiceControllerService failed with the following message:

        com.sun.xml.internal.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: '/usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGS<nr>/exe/sapstartsrv': Permission denied.

• The following message could be found in the log file REGISTER-SERVICES_##.LOG

Registering service of instance DVEBMGS<nr> with new profile .

Registering sapcontrol service using saphostagent for host <hostname>, instance number <nr> with profile /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/profile/<profile-name>

The following problem has occurred during step execution: com.sun.xml.internal.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server:

'/usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGS<nr>/exe/sapstartsrv': Permission denied. Please check your installation!

• With hostexec/trace set to 3 below warning and errors observed in sapstartsrv.og file from hostctrl work directory
